Welcome to Cocolina! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Cocolina, operated by GTE Brands B.V. (see Section 24). We manage this website and all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to offer you a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Cocolina uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform to provide these Services.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any policies referenced within them (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), explain your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart. Cocolina reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any order. Your order is considered accepted once your payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number you provided at checkout.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers): If you are a UK consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the date you receive your goods. Further information is provided in our Return and Refund Policy.
Our products are intended for personal and household use only and are not meant for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 – Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, offers, and promotions may change at any time without prior notice. The price charged for your order will be the price in effect at the moment you place your order and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
All prices are shown in GBP. In line with our Shipping Policy, we do not apply hidden charges. The total amount displayed at checkout is the final price payable.
You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete purchase and payment information for all transactions made via our Services. You confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that all charges incurred will be accepted by your payment provider.
Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
We will use reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes indicated in our Shipping Policy. These delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Cocolina is responsible for your products until they are delivered to the shipping address you provided. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@cocolina.co.uk.

All content available through our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, text, images, graphics, designs, and logos, is owned by Cocolina, its affiliates, or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify
Cocolina is hosted on Shopify, which provides the technical platform enabling our e-commerce Services. All purchases, contracts, and transactions are made directly with Cocolina (GTE Brands B.V.). Shopify is not a party to your transactions and is not liable for any issues arising from your purchases.
Section 10 – Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described there.
Section 11 – Feedback
If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas, or other materials (“Feedback”), you grant Cocolina a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such Feedback for any lawful purpose, including marketing and promotional use. You confirm that you own or control all rights in the Feedback and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Information on our Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Your Statutory Rights (UK Consumers): Nothing in this disclaimer affects your statutory rights. Products supplied to UK consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Section 16 – Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cocolina, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and Shopify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any products purchased through them.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Section 17 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cocolina, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Section 18 – Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Section 19 – Waiver and Entire Agreement
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with any policies or notices posted on the website, form the entire agreement between you and Cocolina regarding your use of the Services.
Section 20 – Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time.
Section 21 – Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
If you are a UK consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any protections afforded to you by mandatory UK consumer law.

Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of these Terms.

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
