By submitting a return request to Cocolina, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined below. This policy is designed to clearly explain how our returns and refunds process works, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.

Please note that this returns policy applies only to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

14-Day Return Window

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your full order.
  • The return period starts on the day your complete order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • The product must be in good condition (new or lightly used)
  • Returned in its original packaging

We are unable to accept returns if:

  • The item shows clear signs of excessive use, damage, or missing parts not caused by us
  • The return request is submitted after the 14-day return period

Return Instructions

Please follow the steps below to return an item:

  1. Download and print the Return Form.
  2. Complete the form in full and place it inside the return package.
  3. Send your parcel to the address below:

  4. Ship your return using a service that provides Track & Trace.
  5. Email the tracking number to support@cocolina.co.uk once the parcel has been dispatched.

Important: If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover all return shipping costs.

Whenever possible, we recommend reusing the original packaging to ensure safe transit. Returns sent without a completed return form or valid tracking information cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: Return shipping costs are fully covered by Cocolina.
  • Change-of-mind returns or exchanges: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@cocolina.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Restocking Fees

Cocolina does not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available. To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@cocolina.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or card provider before the refund appears in your account.

If your refund has not appeared after the expected timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider first. If the issue continues, please reach out to us at support@cocolina.co.uk. Our team typically responds within 24 hours.
